SoCal Tamil Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship is a program aimed at teaching public speaking and entrepreneurship leadership skills to all kids aged 12 and above( 6th grade and above).The purpose of this program is to help build leadership skills, be a forum to help motivate our children in public speaking, volunteering and help nurture their entrepreneurial skills.

Who we are

A true non-profit, non-political and non-religious organization whose sole mission is to empower, uphold and promote the culture and heritage of the Tamil Diaspora here in Southern California. Socal Tamil organization has grown by leaps and bounds since its inception in 2010 and functions as an umbrella organization with three divisions- Education, Cultural and Youth empowerment.

Socal Tamil Sangam

  • SoCal Tamil Sangam conducts cultural and social events such as Deepavali Kondattam, Pongal Thiruvizha, Women’s day, Summer picnic etc
  • It also facilitates educational and networking events such as Tax planning and financial planning seminar and college planning seminars.
  • It also raises funds for social causes such as Gaja relief fund and also helps individuals in need by organizing charitable events.
